After fifteen years working across international development, governance and organisational change, I founded <a href=\"https:\/\/ripplecolab.com\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"ripplecolab.com\">Ripple CoLab<\/a>, a consultancy built on the Actor-Based Change (ABC) Framework.<br><br>I co-developed the ABC Framework with Drew Koleros, Danielle Stein and Sean Mulkerne while we worked together at Palladium. It was published in the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/journals.sagepub.com\/doi\/full\/10.1177\/1098214018786462\">American Journal of Evaluation<\/a>\u00a0and has since been used to design and evaluate programmes for bilateral donors, multilaterals, foundations and development banks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before starting Ripple CoLab, I was part of <a href=\"http:\/\/integrityglobal.com\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"integrityglobal.com\">Integrity<\/a>&#8216;s Monitoring and Evaluation team, and before that I worked in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/thepalladiumgroup.com\">Palladium\u2018s <\/a>Design and Innovation unit. I have lived and worked in Costa Rica, India, Vietnam and Honduras. I hold an MSc in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lse.ac.uk\/study-at-lse\/Graduate\/degree-programmes-2023\/MSc-Development-Management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Development Management<\/a>\u00a0from the London School of Economics and an MSc in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gsss.uva.nl\/content\/masters\/political-science\/political-science.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Political Science<\/a>\u00a0from the University of Amsterdam.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I help organisations design, deliver and evaluate change initiatives in complex systems.
